Included in the rental price : bed linen, bathroom towels. Pool towels not included. We ask for a deposit of 250€ for the house. This must be handed over on arrival in cash, in an envelope clearly stating your name.

This will be returned after check-out and checking of the house, if no defects have been found and the accommodation has been left in the condition you found it.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price. In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price. In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price. If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
