Villa Ambiance is a luxurious and spacious home. It has a large cozy living room with open kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, luxury oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, etc. The two cozy bedrooms each have two separate box-spring beds, which can also be connected to form a spacious double bed.
The modern bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and the toilet is in the hall. All the rooms mentioned are located on the ground floor and are barrier-free. The large sliding doors in the living room make it a bright house with a beautiful view.
The house is well insulated and equipped with electric radiators in every room. There is internet and TV with satellite (all Dutch channels and many other channels) and DVD recorder with many DVDs for a nice movie night. There are also jeu de boule, badminton set and board games. A tourist office and launderette are 2 kilometers away. They also rent bicycles (electric or with gears) and mountain bikes there.
From our terrace a panoramic view over hills, forest and the village. This detached villa is quietly situated on the edge of an authentic village on 1500 m2 of private land.
This village with only local traffic is located in the Lorraine, close to the village of Dun sur Meuse, 35 km above Verdun and the distance from Eindhoven is 350 km. In the immediate vicinity there is much to see about the First World War, there is a well-known interesting museum in Romagne, 8 km away, where you can also visit the largest American cemetery. In Verdun and surroundings there are many fortresses, museums, etc. from the First World War to visit. There is a large swimming lake 2 km away. The Maas runs through Dun Sur Meuse and there are water sports and fishing opportunities with fishing ponds. There are also supermarkets, terraces, restaurants, bakeries, etc. in Dun Sur Meuse.
