In the rural village of Clery le Grand we offer our spacious rustic holiday home for rent. The house can accommodate 1 to 12 people and has 6 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms (in case of a small group, the rest of the house will not be rented to others, so remains exclusive). It is detached in a cul-de-sac and offers optimal privacy. The south-facing garden borders the river Le Andon which flows into the Meuse 2km north.
On the ground floor there is a very spacious kitchen (100m2) with dining table, sitting area and bar corner. There is also a smart TV on which, in addition to the public internet sites, it is possible to watch your favorite programs via your own ziggo-go, netflix, discovery-plus, etc subscription.
The kitchen area is fully equipped including a 6 burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge and a washing machine etc.
For the optimal indoor/outdoor feeling, the kitchen is located directly on the very spacious terrace (200m2) with covered dining area, covered lounge area and lovely swimming pool. In the barn there are sunbeds, umbrellas and various play/recreation equipment (including table football, volleyball net, etc) available. There is also a BBQ and there is the possibility to make a fire pit. In the entrance hall we have set up a flea shop.
Nice to browse through for perhaps a souvenir or gift....
For the welcome motorcyclists, there are garages that can be closed and a workshop should it be necessary. In short, everything for a wonderful holiday and something for everyone.
