Marives

This stone barn and tower house was converted nearly 40 years ago as a summer holiday home, and has been in the same family ever since. 

Set in 12 acres of woodland and fields, with views across the countryside, the house has a private pool and sleeps up to 10.  

Over the past decades, Marives has seen dozens of families and friends enjoy their summer holiday and as a base for exploring the beautiful Lot Valley.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge 
  • Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price 
  • Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price 
  • If the renter informs the host on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), the renter will still be liable for the full rental price.
