The house, with "pigeonnier" (little tower) was built in 2004. It has a large livingroom with French doors to a large terras with a wide view over a green valley and over the open swimming pool. On the other side of the house you have a 17th century farm (in use as a holiday home). The house is situated at the end of a dead alley, at the side of a forest where you can have nice walks. The village of Sousceyrac, where all commodities can be found, is 3 km away.
The open kitchen with a large chimney is nicely and fully equipped. There is one large bedroom with adjacent large bathroom (bath, shower, 2 washstands and WC) and a second bedroom with a washstand. In this bedroom you will find the ironing board and iron. The house has two toilets. There is a storeroom adjacent to the kitchen, also housing the washing machine, refrigerator/freezer and microwave.
The heated swimming pool (10 x 5 meter with slightly salted water at 25 degrees) is fully private. Around the pool there are several terrasses with sunbeds. WiFi, TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's and a a large selection of books and (jigsaw)puzzles and a pingpong table are available.
