Please note: the new heated swimming pool (with streaming jet/counter-swim turbine) will be completed in mid-June 2026. There are therefore no photos of the pool with water yet.
This authentic French house is located in the middle of a village with tennis court, 2 playgrounds, shop, bar and restaurant. From the terrace and from the garden there is a gigantic view over the valley. The garden with lots of privacy borders a large nature reserve and from the house you can reach the walking path (also Camino path for pilgrims).
The space
La Maison Soleil du Levant is perfect for families and groups of friends looking for space, comfort and authenticity.
The house has generous spaces, lots of privacy and open views over the valley. The house and garden offer a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
Living areas
The spacious common areas are equipped for convivial moments:
- Bright living room with fireplace, sofa and armchairs
- The kitchen with large wooden table for communal meals.
- Fully equipped modern kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge.
- The large terrace features a 3 meter long dining table, a barbecue and fantastic views.
- Laundry room with washing machine and freezer
- Large entrance, where luggage such as bicycles can be stored. Here you will also find the tennis rackets, petanque set and an extra fridge.
Bedrooms
The house offers several comfortable sleeping places on the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 with bed of 180 × 200, here is also a 1 person sofa bed.
- Bedroom 2 with bed of 160 × 200, private bathroom ensuite (with a view!) and private toilet ensuite.
- Bedroom 3 with 180×200 bed, ensuite bathroom and ensuite private toilet
- Bedroom 4 with bed of 180x200 private bathroom ensuite with bath and private toilet ensuite.
The house has a total of 4 toilets. 3 toilets are located on the first floor in the ensuite bathrooms. 1 toilet is on the ground floor in the annex. This toilet is accessible from the living room via the terrace (only 2 meters outside walk).
Guest access
All rooms in the house can be used. It concerns 4 bedrooms, kitchen, hall, terrace, garden, and outbuilding with toilet and laundry room.
Other things to note
If you wish to use the hot tub (October to May), please mention this when booking. Costs for this are 100 euros per week (that includes firewood and cleaning).
If you would like the pool to be heated, please mention this when booking. The costs for heating the pool are 150 euros per week.
