Tessa is a lovely spacious holiday home (180 m2) south of Fumel in the department "Lot et Garonne". The holiday home can accommodate 8 people. There is a lovely large heated swimming pool of 4 x 12 meters plus jacuzzi (75 euros per week), located in a huge garden (largely fenced in a dog-proof way) where the children can romp around or you can completely relax in the early or late season. A special feature of this house is the professional gym, which is entirely for your private use. There is a nice village 3 km away with restaurants and a few shops.

Cozy living room with open kitchen and a large covered terrace overlooking the pool. The house has recently been completely renovated and redecorated. 4 Bedrooms (all on the ground floor) including 3 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds, 2 bathrooms (with shower) and 2 toilets.

Tessa has a large lawn with the possibility for football, badminton, a lovely large private swimming pool of 11 x 4 meters and all this on about 1ha of private land.
Environment
Canoeing is possible on the river Lot, which is about 10 km away. For those interested in wine, this is a very interesting region. The black Cahors wines are internationally renowned. Fumel and Prayssac are cozy towns and are about 15 km away.
