This is an authentic 19th century detached ideal family holiday home "Beauté de Sarrazac", for a holiday with several families or just if you want a lot of space! "Beauté de Sarrazac" is cozy and very well equipped with 2 authentic living rooms, large kitchen with all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 four-person bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 Extra beds, children's bed and high chairs. There is a large courtyard with covered patio. Of course you can also have lunch “en plein soleil”, because there is a large table in the open! The beautiful orchard next to the house with private pool, outdoor area, as well as the entire garden give you all the privacy for a relaxing holiday.

Ground floor
Spacious dining / sitting room, sitting area and cozy round dining table. Opening doors to the courtyard. 2nd living room with sitting area, authentic fireplace and satellite television. Large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (see features).

1st floor
4 Cozy double bedrooms (2 of which are particularly spacious) with box-spring beds, 1 double room with 2 beds, 2 double rooms with double bed and extra bed, 1 double room with double bed with door to quadruple room with 2 bunk beds. All single beds are 200/90 and the double beds are 160 by 200. Two large bathrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate toilet. 2 cots and high chairs. On request box possible. Stair gate.

Outside
Covered cozy patio with large wooden dining table, ping pong table, large enclosed courtyard (ideal for when you come with small children), sun loungers and 2nd large terrace table, barbecue and fire pit. Jeu de boules. The pool is completely fenced and lockable for small children. Trampoline, dart game, ping pong table, playground with swings, jeu de boule and badminton. Barbecue and fire pit. Environment Sarrazac is situated in a beautiful hilly environment in the North of the Dordogne, not far from Turenne, nor Rocamadour or the city of Brive. There are many visits to do in this area and you are close to all ammenities. It's a place full of activities as golf, walking, cycling and horseriding.
