Inside
With a living area of approximately 160 m², the house offers a lot of space and comfort. On the ground floor there is a charming kitchen open to the living room. The natural stone walls, old beams and original fireplace create a warm, authentic atmosphere, while the modern kitchen appliances meet all contemporary needs.
The bright living room is directly adjacent to the terrace and features a spacious dining area for up to 8 people. On this floor there are two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and separate toilet.
The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a third spacious double bedroom, a landing with sofa bed and space for a travel cot, and a second modern bathroom.
Outside
There are several terraces around the house, both in the sun and in the shade. The 4.5 x 10 meter private heated swimming pool is the heart of the outdoors and offers stunning views. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. By the pool there is a large terrace with a covered outdoor kitchen, a generous dining table and a ping pong table. Parking is available on site. But it's all about privacy here with: view, view, view!
