The former wine farm (Ferme) is part of the beautiful and quietly located Font Cuberte. Font Cuberte consists of the former wine farm from a gite. Font Cuberte is located on the border of the Lot and Dordogne in a rural setting with complete privacy. The deer sometimes stand in front of the window. Font Cuberte is located (within cycling distance) between Prayssac and Pomarede. Prayssac is a very pleasant village with all kinds of facilities such as nice restaurants. On Fridays there is the famous market where many people always come to stock up on their delicacies. In consultation, Font Cuberte (gite en ferme) can also be rented in its entirety.
The former wine farm shares the courtyard with the gite, but is otherwise completely free. In front is the terrace with unobstructed views of the lawn and the forest. Optimal privacy. The farmhouse has been renovated in the past year. There is a new kitchen and also a new bathroom (with rain shower). Furthermore, all rooms have been refurbished.
On the ground floor are the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom and the two bedrooms located next to each other. The kitchen is attractive overlooking the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and there is a dining table. In the living room is a cozy sitting area around the bacon stove. There is a TV with Dutch channels. In the living room is also a mezzanine.
In the first bedroom there is a (new) Swisssense double box spring. The bedroom behind has an Auping double bed.
On the terrace in front of the farmhouse it is nice to stay until late. Both during the day when there is plenty of sun and in the evening you can sit under the canopy. There is also a lounge corner on the terrace, a number of sunbeds and an outdoor kitchen/bbq.
In the wet room that adjoins the courtyard and is also used by the gite , there is a washing machine.
