Ferme Font Cuberte

The former wine farm (Ferme) is part of the beautifully and quietly located Font Cuberte. Font Cuberte consists of the former wine farm from a gite. Font Cuberte is located on the border of the Lot and Dordogne in a rural area with all the privacy. The deer sometimes stand in front of the window. Font Cuberte is located (within cycling distance) between Prayssac and Pomarede. Prayssac is a very pleasant village with all kinds of facilities such as tasty restaurants. On Fridays there is the famous market where many people always come to buy their delicacies. In consultation, Font Cuberte (gite and farmhouse) can also be rented in its entirety.

The former wine farm shares the courtyard with the gite, but is otherwise completely free. At the front is the terrace with unobstructed views of the lawn and the forest. Optimal privacy. The ferme has been renovated in the past year. There is a new kitchen and also a new bathroom (with rain shower). Furthermore, all rooms have been refurbished.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom and the two bedrooms located one behind the other. The kitchen is attractive with a view of the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and there is a dining table. The living room has a cozy sitting area around the fireplace. There is a TV with Dutch channels. There is also a mezzanine in the living room.

The first bedroom has a (new) Swisssense double box spring. The bedroom at the back has an Auping double bed.

You can relax until late on the terrace in front of the ferme. Both during the day when there is plenty of sun and in the evening you can sit under the canopy. There is also a lounge corner on the terrace, a number of sunbeds and an outdoor kitchen/bbq.

In the forest edge there is a sauna and hot tub (which can be used after consultation). In the wet room adjacent to the courtyard and also used by the gite, there is a washing machine.

A pet is possible in consultation.
