Le Rege – Enjoying the French outdoors
Wake up quietly, have breakfast on the terrace, take a refreshing dip in your own pool and end the day with a good glass of wine. At Le Rege, holidays are all about enjoyment, relaxation and not having to do anything at all.
This attractive and well-kept holiday home for four people is located in Pontcirq, in the beautiful Lot. A wonderful place where comfort, cosiness and the French outdoors come together.
New for the 2027 rental season!
Le Rege will have a completely new private swimming pool, which is scheduled to be available to our guests from May 2027. The swimming pool is nicely integrated into the terrace and the green surroundings and offers a wonderful place to cool off and relax on hot days. The photos showing the new swimming pool are realistic impressions of the planned situation. This will give you a good idea of what it will look like. The final execution may differ in details.
A cozy living room with character
Le Rege is also a nice place to come home to inside. The living room is warm and homely furnished, with a comfortable sitting area around the cozy fireplace. Ideal for relaxed evenings when it gets a bit chilly outside.
Lovers of reading and music will get their money's worth here. In the well-stocked bookcase you will find a varied selection of books. The record player, which also has Bluetooth, creates a cozy musical atmosphere. There is also a TV with Dutch channels and a dining area for eating together or playing a game.
Through the patio doors you step directly onto the terrace from the living room. In this way, inside and outside flow into each other in a pleasant way.
Fully equipped
The open kitchen connects to the living room and is fully equipped to cook during your holiday.
You have a dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge-freezer and a cozy breakfast corner. Whether you want to cook extensively with fresh ingredients from a local market or prefer to prepare something simple, everything is there for a comfortable stay.
You also have direct access to the terrace from the kitchen. Ideal for serving meals outside and enjoying the French outdoors extensively.
Two nice bedrooms
Le Rege can accommodate four people and has two bedrooms.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, spacious closet space and a mirrored wall. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm each.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate room. Duvets and pillows are provided and for added convenience, there is also a washing machine.
Discover the Lot – villages, markets and the river
There is also plenty to enjoy outside Le Rege. The surroundings of Pontcirq are characterized by green hills, quiet roads, forests and charming French villages. A beautiful region for walks, bike rides and relaxing trips.
For fresh croissants, baguettes and daily groceries, you can go to nearby Catus. Here you will also find the recreational lake Lac Vert, with opportunities for swimming, hiking and various water activities in season.
Not far from here, the river Lot flows, between vineyards, hills and historic towns. For example, visit the lively Friday market in Prayssac or wander through the atmospheric streets of medieval Puy-l'Évêque.
Cahors is also worth a visit. In this historic city, you can stroll along shops and terraces, admire the famous Pont Valentré and enjoy the local gastronomy. Wine lovers can also discover the characterful Cahors wines at the wine estates in the region.
Personal welcome and extra comfort
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Dutch-speaking manager, who will also be your point of contact during your stay. In the house you can make free and unlimited use of wifi via a fiber optic connection. The entrance of the house is accessible via a few steps to the terrace.
A wonderful place to relax
Le Rege is a great base to discover the charm of the Lot. Go out, enjoy nature and discover the beautiful surroundings. And on days when you prefer to stay at home, it is at least as pleasant: a good book, a refreshing dip in the pool or just relaxing in the garden.
