Holiday home La Colline - fantastic views, private pool, privacy, comfortable, in a quiet village in the Lot & Dordogne region where there is a lot to do!
Welcome to La Colline, a spacious and attractive holiday home with private swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) and a large garden. Located in the quiet village of Nadaillac-de-Rouge in the Lot & Dordogne region. Here you can enjoy a quiet rural setting with a great view over the valley. There are plenty of fun trips to make in the area. In short: enjoy the good life!
Lots of space and privacy
The house offers 190 m² of living space inside and half a hectare of land outside. Ideal for families or friends up to 8 people. Inside you will find a cozy living room with kitchen, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
There are four bedrooms and bathrooms with toilets:
- One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and double bed.
- A bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bathtub.
- On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. There is also a sofa bed here.
- The guest house by the pool is a tiny house of 20m2 with bathroom, kitchen and a double bed (140 cm wide).
Outdoor living
Around the house there is a terrace with a roof. You can sit here in the shade at the large dining table. You can walk to the swimming pool via a staircase or via the driveway. There are sunbeds, umbrellas and a canopy. The swimming pool (unheated) is open for use from June to October.
Practical information
We do not have air conditioning. You can close the shutters to keep the heat out. And there are 3 fans.
Because the house is on the ground floor, it is also accessible to people who are less mobile. Please note that all showers and outside doors have a threshold and in the photos you can also see that we have a gravel path.
There is ample parking on site. Charging electric cars is not possible/allowed.
Pets are welcome.
On the advertisement page and in the inventory document it is described in detail which facilities there are, such as internet, washing machine, dryer, workplace, high chair, baby cot.
When you book with us you will receive an extensive welcome folder with instructions about the house. And we are always available for questions.
There is plenty to do in the Lot and Dordogne area!
By car en route, enjoy the picturesque villages, the characteristic routes of the Lot and the Dordogne and the amazing views. There is plenty to do in this region. Visit fairytale castles. Or rent a canoe and discover the Dordogne river. You can also take a boat trip in a Gabarre. On Saturdays there is a large market in Sarlat-la-Caneda. Buy your souvenirs here and enjoy this medieval village. Or go underground and discover one of the many caves. There are several walking and cycling routes, also within walking distance of the holiday home. There are several golf courses nearby. Or go climbing in the climbing forest and to the zoo. Take a walk in the garden at les Jardins d'eau en Marqueyssac. Pay a visit to a Ferme, and buy delicious local products in the farm shop. The French know what good food is and know about good wines. In this region you will find delicious and affordable restaurants. You can also visit larger cities such as Brive-la-Gailllarde, Cahors, Toulouse or Bordeaux. Where you can go shopping, among other things. The nearest airport is Bergerac. Toulouse airport is a little further away, but also a good option. Having a (rental) car is a must. Supermarkets and bakeries can be found in Souillac (15 min drive) and Gourdon (25 min drive).
