You don't have to book with us from Saturday to Saturday. We are flexible in this. Of course depending on the reservations that have already been made. So be quick not to have to travel on Black Saturday!
Feel free to check our site to see if there is room on the desired dates and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. If you want to come in early spring, May for example, please let us know, even if it is blocked.
Cozy, the gite for max 4 people has a tent nearby on a platform between the trees for the children. How nice is that! See also the video that was attached at the time of building the decking.
Why do people like it here? The fast fiber optic internet that makes it possible to watch Formula 1 or football via your device without noise. Or... the peace, space, nature (bird watching, yes the Golden Oriole!, owls etc..) or the clean air perhaps? Or perhaps as a beacon to search for your own home from this place. In addition, it is sometimes nice that we are nearby in case something should be wrong. (Think, for example, of a doctor's or hospital visit if the French language is a thing. We are discreet and happy to help.)
But beware, privacy enough for you and us. The site covers over 4 hectares, so plenty of space to chill, spot animals, play (swing available and more playground equipment) or whatever you want. Grab a (lounger) chair and put it in the place you want and enjoy.
The Cozy gîte of Belle Boissierettte is located on top of a hill and is very easily accessible. On a clear night, the milky way is clearly visible. In short, peace and space, even in high season! If you like sculptures and art, opposite us lives a well-known Parisian artist who has a sculpture garden. You can just go there, it's free. Horseback riding, swimming in the Dordogne or a natural lake, canoeing, hiking, visiting wine estates, it's all possible. And if you just want to sit quietly on the terrace, feel free to do so. There is a reasonable chance that a deer will just walk by, yes just during the day.
You can book via this platform or via our site. It could be that we have a nice offer on our site. And then no booking fees, which is nice. And if you have booked, a clean gite with freshly covered beds awaits you. The gite has a wood burning stove that can be used and outside there is a BBQ ready for use.
For the little ones we have our own swimming pool which can be placed next to the large pool. Very cozy.
Actually, there is a lot to say about Belle Boissierette, but it is better to come and experience it for yourself. The children's room in Cozy has a scaffolding wooden bunk bed. Take a look at the photos. With its own night light and nice and cozy for every child.... Also suitable for larger "children" (80x200) :)).
And because we want your holiday to start pleasantly, you are not obliged to arrive on Saturday, you can do so on any day. Depending on availability, of course. Saves stressful driving on the busy French roads on Saturdays in high season. However, we appreciate a minimum of 3 days of stay. But really, you will experience that that will not be a problem.
Unfortunately, pets and animals are not allowed. We have chickens ourselves and our older dog Kareltje and we think that's enough.
And if you want to come with friends or family, rent the other gîte Pure for 2 people. Cozy and Pure have their own privacy and are fairly out of sight of each other. So if you come to us with grandma/grandpa or a bunch of friends, there is the possibility to be together and yet apart. Children don't have to cross a road to go to the other gite or to the pool, which is also nice. Everything is on the domaine of Belle Boissierette. So we go on holiday together but not together, how nice is that to retreat every now and then to do something on the PC (fiber optics).... or to look at the eyes from the inside. But still being able to enjoy a meal together under the trees from e.g. the BBQ while the children play in the park-like garden. And book quickly if you want to go on holiday together.
So if you want to relax or just be active in nature, book quickly when the dates of the holiday are known. The greater the chance of getting a spot with us at Belle Boissierette. We already say, see you later with us!
