This holiday home is located in a beautiful, varied, quiet, natural forest environment.
Plenty of peace, space and privacy in a forest of 2.8 hectares. The gîte was built by us in 2012 and has the comfort of a new construction and the charm of an authentic natural stone and wooden house.

A very spacious covered terrace on the west and south side of 35m², patio doors with a ground-level entrance. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious ground floor bedroom with large closet and double bed of 160x200, a baby bed can be placed in this room on request, bathroom with spacious Italian shower, sink and toilet are also on the ground floor. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, room 1 with 2 single beds and room 2 with a double bed and 2 single beds and a second toilet room.
The gîte stays cool in the summer and in the cooler season you can heat the house with a nice wood stove.

Eric and Chantal are happy to welcome you to the gîte 'La Demoiselle'
We are masons and carpenters by profession and have built the houses with a lot of love. Nature and tranquility in a beautiful, comfortable environment was our creation wish during construction.
We will be there when you arrive to welcome you, we live a little further in the village and will remain available if you have any questions or just want to chat.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 35% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.

When using the electric car charging station (16A), we ask you for a supplement
