This holiday home is located in a beautiful, varied, quiet, natural forest environment.
Plenty of peace, space and privacy in a forest of 2.8 hectares. The gîte was built by us in 2012 and has the comfort of a new construction and the charm of an authentic natural stone and wooden house.
A very spacious covered terrace on the west and south side of 35m², patio doors with a ground-level entrance. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious ground floor bedroom with large closet and double bed of 160x200, a baby bed can be placed in this room on request, bathroom with spacious Italian shower, sink and toilet are also on the ground floor. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, room 1 with 2 single beds and room 2 with a double bed and 2 single beds and a second toilet room.
The gîte stays cool in the summer and in the cooler season you can heat the house with a nice wood stove.
