This holiday home is for wine lovers! In "Bulle" you can experience history with comfort and a glass of wine on your terrace with a beautiful view.

This old stone wine barn has been completely renovated into a holiday home in which centuries-old architecture and a modern interior with a wine theme go together perfectly.

It is beautifully situated on a rock, in the Bastide village of Flaugnac, so you have a wide view of the valley and the surrounding hills from your terrace. Next to the house there is a covered terrace, where you can dream away in the shade or cool off under the garden shower. The property is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens.

Layout: Living room with open kitchen, dining area, sitting area, wood stove, WIFI, WIFI TV, bluetooth speaker. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Bedroom on the ground floor with double bed (160cm x 200cm) and built-in wardrobe. Ensuite bathroomwith bath and shower, sink, towel dryer and separate toilet. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, fresh herb garden and view over the Vallée de la Lupte. Covered terrace with garden furniture, hammock and garden shower.

Admire the rolling mosaic landscapes with sunflowers, lavender, and melons. Visit centuries-old white Bastide villages with markets to feast on.

About the location
Flaugnac is located at the southernmost tip of the Lot department. At 1,061 km from Utrecht, approx. 11 hours drive. Easy to reach via the A20, 10 minutes from exit 58. By plane from Toulouse with KLM/Air France, Ryanair and Easyjet, among others. 

What is there to do?
From your holiday home you can walk straight into the valley, where there are beautiful hiking trails. The walking route to Santiago de Compostela also runs close to the village. You can also play tennis, golf, horseback riding, swimming, cycling and fishing within 10 minutes. The bastide village of Castelnau Montratier (5 min) has all the daily necessities. In addition, a local bakery delivers bread 3 times a week in Flaugnac. In summer, there are often festivities on the main square in Castelnau, such as a weekly "marché gourmand" with local dishes and music. There is also a fine heated outdoor swimming pool and a lively market every week. Wine tasting is available every day at the local wine farm within walking distance.
