It is beautifully situated on a rock, in the Bastide village of Flaugnac, so you have a wide view of the valley and the surrounding hills from your terrace. Next to the house there is a covered terrace, where you can dream away in the shade or cool off under the garden shower. The property is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens.

About the location
Flaugnac is located at the southernmost tip of the Lot department. At 1,061 km from Utrecht, approx. 11 hours drive. Easy to reach via the A20, 10 minutes from exit 58. By plane from Toulouse with KLM/Air France, Ryanair and Easyjet, among others.
What is there to do?
From your holiday home you can walk straight into the valley, where there are beautiful hiking trails. The walking route to Santiago de Compostela also runs close to the village. You can also play tennis, golf, horseback riding, swimming, cycling and fishing within 10 minutes. The bastide village of Castelnau Montratier (5 min) has all the daily necessities. In addition, a local bakery delivers bread 3 times a week in Flaugnac. In summer, there are often festivities on the main square in Castelnau, such as a weekly "marché gourmand" with local dishes and music. There is also a fine heated outdoor swimming pool and a lively market every week. Wine tasting is available every day at the local wine farm within walking distance.
