- Large mezzanine with full size english snooker table and two single beds. Stair case (with double mechanism child gate) unsuitable for young infants.
- The second double bedroom with king size bed 180 x 200cm and a single 90x190cm bed. Ensuite shower and wc. Located on the ground floor of the owner's home next to the barn, with external access independent of the owners home.
Nature Reserve and Outdoor Activities The garden and pool of the rental property are orientated away from the owner's home, ensuring privacy. Sorry, but no pets allowed.Since 1989 the agricultural land, vineyards and lavander plantations of Le Sabatou and La Grange de Cezac have been returned back to nature and the use of pesticides stopped. In 1995 Le Sabatou became a registered protected nature reserve under ASPAS and has seen the return of rare butterflies and wild orchids. The wild bee population has been steadily growing too. Bird watchers, photographers and naturalists will find plenty to discover. There are many healing Bach plants.Walking routes lead off directly from the property. Maps and written guides are available in the gite. Cezac is on a main route of the St.Jaques de Compostella pilgrimage route to Spain.Virtually traffic free road cycling is a national pastime here aswell as tracks for mountain and e-biking. The hills are not too high or steep but sufficiently demanding to fully appreciate the reward of a downhill breeze.Canoeing and Kayaking is available for rent on the rivers.
