A spacious and cool apartment of 90 m2. with private entrance, 2 person bedrooms with doors to the terrace, and 1 single bedroom. A bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, a large private garden and swimming pool. The pool is fully fenced! Furthermore, there is a ping-pong table, a BBQ and all kinds of games, trampoline and a hammock available. Parking space for the cars behind the house. The parking space is closed and secured with a camera. From the parking space a private path to the house. Bakery,butcher, Pharmacy, is 2 km away. The large supermarket Lclerc and Lidl are 8 km away from us. Le Clerc and Lidl have charging stations for electric cars. There are several restaurants in the area.

Mid season May, June and September (changeover day Saturday)
850 € for 7 nights, 1600€ for 14 nights
High season July and August (changeover day Saturday)

The gîte is suitable for 5 adults, a cot is possible on pitches. More people are negotiable.

Included: Tourist tax, cleaning costs, linen package, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer, gas barbeque, garbage bags, kitchen rolls and toilet paper.

Excludes pool towels

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
