Mon Désir

Mon Désir is a beautiful typical French Manor, located in the most beautiful part of the Périgod Noir (Dordogne/Lot) and suitable for up to 14 people. This luxury holiday home with a large private heated swimming pool and complete privacy, consists of 2 buildings: the Manoir, suitable for 10 people and a separate house suitable for 4 people. The domain of 4 HA (a large part of which is completely fenced in a dog-proof way!) is located on top of a hill, giving you a breathtaking view over the Dordogne/Lot valley. The old fortified town of Gourdon with all facilities and numerous restaurants is only a 10 minute drive from your accommodation, a bakery and a good restaurant can be found in the nearby village just a few kilometers away. Mon Désir is ideal for several families or groups, but also romantic for couples, luxurious, private, in short, a wonderful home to spend a fantastic holiday.

Inside
Mon Désir has a living area of no less than 260m. There is a spacious living room with modern open kitchen and patio doors to the terrace, 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms (3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 on the 2nd floor). From April 2024, the entire house will have air conditioning. The separate house has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This gite also has air conditioning throughout, both in the bedrooms and in the living room. 

Outside
The estate with centuries-old trees consisting of meadow and forest and has a total area of more than 4 hectares, a large part of which is fenced in a dog-proof way. There is a beautiful and large heated swimming pool, several terraces and a courtyard with ample parking for cars. Play area in a separate building.

Environment
Ideally located between Lot and the Dordogne, and not far from the beautiful towns of Sarlat, Domme, Padirac, La Roque Gageac, Rocamadour and Gourdon. You have endless views here and don't forget: in this region you have the lowest light pollution in Europe! Be amazed by the countless stars that you can see here at night!

Price Mon Désir outside July and August based on the main house only (max 10 ps). If you also want to use the gite, there will be extra depending on the season. The gite is never rented separately to others.
