LE NOURRISSAT is located on a domain of 22 ha of forest, farmland and vineyard in Savignac de Duras. The location is a so-called three-department point because this is where the Dordogne, the Gironde and the Lot et Garonne meet. The luxury holiday home is located on a very quiet country road and is an oasis of peace.

The house has undergone a re-fit in 2024, making the kitchen, the furnishing of the living room and bedrooms new. The kitchen contains all conceivable appliances for a luxury stay; The living room has a new wood stove and is furnished to contemporary standards with respect for the authentic details. The three bedrooms all have new box springs and air conditioning that can also be used as heating. Furthermore, LE NOURRISSAT has two bathrooms with toilet; 1 bathroom with washbasin and shower and the other a washbasin and bath.

The private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters and 1.50 deep provides cooling and water fun. Furthermore, a private driveway, an enclosed garden where pets are more than welcome (pet sitting service is available).

The Lot et Garonne is known for its night markets in high season. Every day of the week you will find a market in one of the surrounding villages where you can sit down at long tables with the delicacies you have bought at the market. Add a bottle of wine; It doesn't get more French than that!

We have been the owner of Le Nourrissat since September 2023. After a busy working life in the Netherlands in which the so-called rat race and the traffic jams on the highways were going to break us up, we left for Savignac de Duras. Wendy is still working as a neuropsychologist; Rikus has stopped as a sales (management) trainer. On our 22-hectare domain, 8 chickens, 2 roosters, 5 kittens, 1 dog and 2 donkeys live next to us. All animals come from some form of shelter.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The holiday home Le Nourrissat is made available including: bed linen, towels, sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool, bath towels, wood for the wood stove, 210KWh electricity per week. (Additional consumption is charged at € 0.35 per KWh)
Cancellation policy.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 10% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 4 weeks until the start date of the rental period 100% of the total travel sum.
