La Petite Médina is a charming and comfortable holiday home located on the border of La Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne. With a living area of 165 m², this renovated house can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for groups looking for a modern, comfortable quiet and clean environment. Thanks to the air conditioning and central heating, the house is comfortable all year round.
Inside
When you enter, every corner expresses comfort, from the bar to the walkway in the loft. The house has a spacious and attractive living room with a nice sitting area and television. The large open kitchen (island) is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee (Tassimo) and an ironing set.
There are three bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (ensuite): a bed of 160 x 200 cm.
- Bedroom 2: a bed of 140 x 190 cm.
- Bedroom 3: a bed of 140 x 190 cm.
The house has two bathrooms and two toilets.
Outside
Outside, everything has also been renewed in a fully fenced plot of 200 m², ensuring privacy and security. The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasols and a barbecue (plancha), ideal for convivial meals in the open air. The new private swimming pool is equipped with an alarm system for added security. There are sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor shower available.

The house is quietly located in Saint-Martin-Petit, only 5 km away from the nearest village with a bakery, shop and restaurant. A larger supermarket is also 5 km away. The Lot-et-Garonne region is known for its beautiful nature, picturesque villages and culinary specialties. It is the perfect base for walks, bike rides and discovering the local culture and gastronomy.
