From several bedrooms you look out over the green landscape that is reminiscent of Tuscany, but in the heart of France. Picturesque Pujols is just a five-minute drive away. Villeneuve sur Lot, Agen and Bergerac are also easily accessible.
Inside
Via the external staircase you reach the entrance on the first floor. Here you will find the cozy living room and dining room with a large dining table (extendable) for 14 people and patio doors to the balcony. A lovely place for long dinners with a view over the garden. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers every comfort and also has access to the balcony. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sitting area, television, DVD player and wifi.
There are four bedrooms on this floor. Two spacious rooms have a double bed of 180 by 200 and two identical rooms have a double bed of 140 by 200. All rooms include a clothes rack, armchair and TV. In addition, there is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a practical room with washing machine and dryer.
Via an internal staircase you reach the basement with a second kitchen and dining area for six to eight people, an extra toilet and three bedrooms with king-size beds of 180 by 200, a sitting area or extra sofa bed and TV. Here are two bathrooms, one of which has a toilet. For extra relaxation, there is a games room with pool table, air hockey and table football.
Outside
The large terrace offers views of the garden and the private pool with comfortable sun loungers. There is a small kitchenette with refrigerator at the pool. At the front of the villa is a stylish lounge set for an aperitif in the evening sun. Parking is available on the private property at the villa.

Villa Blanche is located in a quiet, green area with plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, local markets and vineyards. The central location makes it easy to combine relaxation and excursions that can be found in abundance.
