You have this beautiful domain of 1.7 hectares completely at your disposal, the owners are never present during the period that it is rented. The accommodation consists of 2 cottages rented together:
Gite La Bergerie consists of a living room with a kitchen, equipped with a gas stove with oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher.
You can cook on the barbecue and have lunch or dinner on the covered terrace while looking at the pool and enjoying the beautiful view.
A large bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and washing machine.
Separate, and with private bathroom, a bedroom with loft: on the ground floor a double bed and on top of the loft 2 single beds.
Gite "le bois", an independent cottage with a living room with a beautiful kitchen (dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and TV). One bedroom and one bathroom with large shower, washing machine. Ideal for (in-law) parents, family or a befriended couple.
Outside a beautiful maintained garden with partially covered terraces, garden furniture, sun loungers and several barbecues. From the heated infinity pool (11 x 4.5 m) with a depth of up to 2 meters you have a beautiful unobstructed view over the hilly landscape. The swimming pool is open from 03 May to 01 October. You can use the orchard with many types of fruit such as cherries, plums, apples, grapes, figs, reine claude, berries, blackberries and hazelnuts. There is also a jeu de boules court where you can play a game of "pentanque" while enjoying a drink.
The Lot and Garonne is an area of good living and good food, of mixtures of cultures and conviviality, an agricultural area that has common ground in terms of appearance with Tuscany. Today, the tourist attractions of Lot et Garonne are numerous, land of Bastides and castles , of rural and river tourism (200 km of navigable waterways) of orchards and multiple outdoor activities, it is a place of tourism in both cultural, relaxing, sporting and gastronomic field.
In the many medieval villages in the area there are night markets during the summer period where you can enjoy a snack and a drink.
Just a stone's throw from Clot des Tilleuls is the Vin de Tsar vineyard where you can visit and enjoy the local wine.
