Beautifully situated house with renovated swimming pool (not heated), situated on the edge of a small village: detached, but not isolated! It is wonderful to stay in an oasis of peace in a beautiful green environment!
From the terrace (40m2, partly covered) you have a breathtaking view over 180 degrees over the valley of the Lot and the rolling countryside. In the beautiful, flowery garden (5000 m2), with various fruit trees (figs, olive, pear, cherry, walnut, almond) there is a swimming pool (5 x 10 m - available from May 15 to mid-October) with outdoor shower and loungers.
There is extensive outdoor lighting, so you can sit outside until late at night. There is an English speaking contact person, who will also receive you on arrival and show you around the house.

Departure time : 11 am.
The house, which is all on the ground floor, has the following layout:

kettle, toaster.
• Utility room with washing machine, ironing board, iron, table freezer.
• Heating by modern, oil-fired central heating
• Wifi - TV with all Belgian and Dutch channels, wireless internet (ADSL), large Weber gas barbecue on the terrace.
