Welcome to “Bois de la Borde”. In our holiday home you are assured of a beautiful spot near Cancon, which is located in the French region of Lot et Garonne. This is located under the Dordogne about 35 kilometers below Bergerac. Our house is located on a quiet country road in a beautiful location and offers space for 8 people. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has a living room with open kitchen, measuring 45 M ² together with a cozy wood-burning stove with a beautiful view. The house is located on a plot of over 1 hectare and has a heated swimming pool. This means that you can enjoy a beautiful place with all the comfort needed for a perfect holiday. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of our house, relax and enjoy your complete privacy. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating. This makes this holiday home a very pleasant place to spend your holiday in all seasons. Half of our 5000 ^M2 plot is completely fenced. We like to keep the other half available to nature and we offer space to various animals that can therefore run their territory through our forest. Our house is fully equipped, the open kitchen has a hob (gas), oven, microwave dishwasher, large refrigerator. Outside you can sit on the terrace or under the veranda, especially in the summer, it is nice to seek shelter. As soon as you have arrived with us, your wonderful holiday begins!

We love to visit the Lot et Garonne and the Dordogne with our Australian Labradoodles. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation by the tenant up to eight weeks before the date of arrival, a 50% refund of the total amount will be made. That is, when the total amount has been paid by the tenant at the time of cancellation. If only 50% of the total amount has been paid at the time of cancellation, no refund will be made. In case of cancellation within eight weeks before the date of arrival, no refund will be made. We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance. The right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) is excluded for rental agreements, as this concerns the rental of accommodations with a specific date or period. If the tenant wants to cancel the booking, the tenant must make this known by message via Micazu. The date that the email is received determines the rent that is due.
