From the living room you reach a lovely covered terrace through French doors and there is also an outdoor terrace with a spa. where you can enjoy a wide view.
From May 2025 there will be an air conditioner in the living room/kitchen.

Douzains is located in the Lot-et-Garonne department on the outer borders of the Périgord (Dordogne). The charm of Douzains and the beauty of the rolling hilly landscape, makes Douzains an ideal holiday spot for anyone who loves peace, nature and beautiful old towns. Due to the favorable geographical location it is easy to visit the bastide towns in Douzains in the area: Monpazier, Villeréal, Castillonnès, Monflaquin. But also the beautiful castles of Biron, Bonaquil and Duras are just a stone's throw away. You can of course also make a larger tour to medieval cities such as Sarlat and Agen, and end it through the wine regions of Bergerac or Cahors. From May to September you can visit various markets, festivals and festivals in the region. For example, every Tuesday night there is "food market" in Eymet! Every Sunday there is a nice market in Issigeac. For the children there are several theme parks in the area. ao Walibi parc in Agen, Survival parc in La Capelle-Biron.
