Welcome to La Migauchette, our 3-star family cottage located in the heart of the Sologne, in Ligny-le-Ribault. Completely renovated, this 70 m² house has been designed to offer a comfortable, warm and relaxing stay, with family or friends.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people as well as a baby. It includes a beautiful bright living room with fully equipped kitchen open to a comfortable living room, a master bedroom with double bed 140x190, a second bedroom with two beds 90x200 and a baby cot, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy a terrace of about 20 m² with garden furniture, awning and barbecue, as well as an enclosed garden of about 400 m². The electric gate allows you to park your vehicle safely.
The house has all the necessary comforts: air conditioning, very high speed Wi-Fi fiber, television in the living room and master bedroom, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, Senseo machine, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
For families with young children, we also provide a cot, a high chair, a changing mat and games. Sheets, towels and linen are provided and beds are made on arrival.
The arrival is autonomous thanks to a key box.
Very attached to our region and Ambassadors of the Sologne Brand, we like to introduce our travelers to the most beautiful corners of the region, our favorite walks, the good addresses and the places not to be missed.
From the cottage, you can go on foot or by bike to discover the woods, ponds and typical landscapes of Sologne. Adult and children's bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes, baby carriers and trailers are available about 600 m away.
The village has several local shops: bakery, grocery store, butcher, bar, tobacconist, pizzeria and restaurant.
Among the must-sees in the area: the Château de Chambord, the Château de Cheverny, the Château de La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Beaugency, Lamotte-Beuvron and the Federal Equestrian Park, Center Parcs, Romorantin, Orléans and the ZooParc de Beauval.
In autumn, Sologne also offers one of its most beautiful experiences: the deer's bellow, to be discovered in the forests and estates of the surrounding area.
A charging station for electric vehicles is available about 900 m away in the village. Charging on the accommodation is not allowed.
La Migauchette is suitable for both leisure and business trips, with a quiet environment and a very high-speed fibre connection.
