Nombranle

Nombranle is a detached half-timbered house built around 1600 and is located in a hamlet (hamlet) of three houses 4 km outside Saint Firmin sur Loire. The house has been renovated several times over the years, retaining all the original details but offering modern comfort.

Upon entering you have the kitchen on your left with an electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave/oven, Senseo coffee machine and all the necessities to prepare a meal. On the right is the spacious living room with a huge fireplace in which a wood-burning stove has been placed so that you can sit around the stove in the evenings in the spring and autumn.

A dining room table with four chairs, two armchairs and a spacious two-seater sofa and the TV with Canal digital create an atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. Behind the living room and the kitchen is a corridor where the two double rooms, the bathroom and a separate toilet are located. The bathroom was completely stripped last December and adapted to modern times. There is also a separate room where the washing machine is located. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180 by 200 cm) and the other bedroom has 2 single beds (90 by 200 cm) that can also be pushed together.

You can sit outside in the garden at the front and back of the house. The front and backyard are closed so that your dog(s) cannot get out. When you walk outside, you walk straight into the forest and fields. Dogs are allowed to run free there. Please keep in mind that it is an area where you can encounter all kinds of wildlife.
