Charming cottage (2 to 4 adults) with swimming pool in a quiet haven of greenery in the heart of the largest castles of the Loire.
In a green setting called the Verger des Châteaux, the Maison la Rose (2 adults) and its annex Le Pavillon les Nymphéas (2 adults) are nestled, quiet, opposite the thousand-year-old Abbey of Pontlevoy.
The walled orchard is home to many fruit trees and plants as well as a pond with water lilies and papyrus. It offers a wide range of relaxation areas. In addition, there is the saltwater swimming pool, heated in a separate part of the garden in the sun or shaded.

Within a radius of 30km, between the Loire and the Cher, are the largest castles of the Loire and all the others, the Beauval Zoo, exceptional gardens, picturesque villages, beautiful countryside and forests. It is the ideal starting point for hiking or cycling.

After a professional life dedicated to offering excellence to customers of high-end brands and who love to entertain, I had the project of opening a cottage in the countryside.
I chose this sweet region of the Loire Valley and fell in love with this property created by Chris and Martin, Dutch, lovers of the French art of living, its lush garden and its swimming pool.

- Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before arrival: 50% of the rental
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental
- Cancellation on arrival or during the stay: 100% of the rental

Le Verger des Châteaux is located in the charming village of Pontlevoy with its thousand-year-old abbey and pretty tufa houses in the Loir et Cher department, located between the Loire and the Cher, 26km south of Blois, 50km from Tours and 210km from Paris.
The Loire Valley, a region rich in culture, nature and gastronomy, offers you a wide choice of activities.
Castles and Gardens:
The Verger des Châteaux is located in the heart of the greatest castles of the Loire: Chambord and its forest, the largest, decided by François 1st, Chenonceau sur le Cher, the Château des Dames, Cheverny, which inspired Hergé to draw Moulinsart in Tintin, the Clos Lucé, the last home of Leonardo da Vinci, the Royal Castle of Amboise, Blois and its Sound and Light Shows, Valençay.
And many other charming castles: Beauregard, the most Italian of the Loire castles and its orange trees, Villesavin, Montpoupon, Beaugency...
The Loire Valley also has remarkable gardens: the estate of the Château de Chaumont sur Loire and its international garden festival, the gardens of the Château de Villandry, the village of Chédigny and its rose bushes.
