L'Amandier is located in a residential area and has a naturally landscaped garden with trees, plants and shrubs from the Midi with a wooded area as a backdrop.
You enter the house into a small hall where on the right is the bathroom with shower, bath and sink. The toilet is separate. There is a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a Senseo. .
The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and coffee table in front of the wood-burning fireplace and dining area. The large bedroom has an extra-long bed and fitted wardrobes around the bed. The third bedroom is located slightly higher and has its own shower with toilet. There are fans in the bedrooms.
Private pool:
The private swimming pool of the holiday home is brand new (spring 2017) and has spacious terraces all around, part of which is covered. On this terrace with summer kitchen there is a table and chairs and also a refrigerator. So you can enjoy your chilled drinks at the edge of your private swimming pool. Behind your swimming pool is a beautiful forest with fantastic views and all kinds of strange birds. A stone barbecue is ready for you in the garden and there is plenty of garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols.
Large swimming pool and tennis court:
The villa area also has a large swimming pool with a nice size of 20 x 8 meters and is therefore perfect for real swimmers. There is also a tennis court, both of which are available to you. So you can make unlimited use of it for free, the access key for the swimming pool and tennis court is ready for you in the villa. The swimming pool and the surrounding terrace are cleaned every day. This large swimming pool is available from mid-June to September!
Sporty:
You have four bicycles at your disposal, which are in the garage. You can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike, you can even cycle to the beach.
