Welcome to our charming and comfortable chalet in the charming village of Oz-en-Oisans; Ideal for both winter sports enthusiasts and summer adventurers! Located in the middle of the world-famous Alpe d'Huez ski area, with more than 250 km of slopes and the legendary Sarenne descent (the longest black slope in the world), this is the place for every skier or snowboarder. Thanks to modern lifts, snow-sure terrain and excellent facilities, the area is perfect for families and avid freeriders.
In the summer, the chalet is the perfect base for hikes, bike rides and mountain bike adventures through the beautiful Alps. Enjoy endless trails, bike cols, fresh mountain air and breathtaking views.
Our chalet has been decorated with a lot of love and an eye for atmosphere. What you can expect:

Suitable for up to 8 people, with 4 attractive bedrooms with single beds, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath/shower) and 2 separate toilets. Ideal for families or groups of friends.
🍽️ A kitchen that invites you to cook and enjoy a delicious meal
Equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and refrigerator. There is an extra freezer (outside the kitchen) and the basics such as oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and a few fine herbs are already ready for you. At the spacious dining table for 8 people you can dine extensively after a day in the mountains.

Inside you will find a cozy sitting area, fireplace (wood for the first evening is there), TV with Chromecast, fiber optic internet and fun board games. Outside, a lovely sunny terrace awaits with electric bbq, garden furniture and beautiful mountain views.

Winter or summer – always special
In winter, you can easily be on the slopes of the extensive ski area with more than 250 km of slopes, modern lifts and snow-sure conditions. In the summer, you can step straight from the chalet into a network of hiking trails, cycling routes and MTB trails through the rugged mountain landscape. The chalet overlooks the mountains and the forest below and is close to the Clos du Pré tow lift. You can also take the Poutran or L'Alpette gondola lifts within a 5-minute walking distance.
🎿 Atmospheric ski village with everything close by
Oz en Oisans is a compact but lively ski village with all amenities within easy reach. You will find cozy restaurants, pizzerias, sauna, indoor swimming pool, cafes, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, an ESF ski school and childcare. Everything within walking distance – so you don't really need a car during your stay.
The village is part of the large ski area of Alpe d'Huez via modern gondolas and ski lifts. This way you will be on the slopes of no less than 250 kilometers of descents in no time. For the real daredevils, there is even La Sarenne: the longest black slope in Europe!

Swimming in the municipal swimming pool of Allemond, water sports on Lake Verney or sunbathing on the shore.

Go rafting, bouldering, climbing, via ferrata, canyoning or brave the climbing park of Oz. Paragliding is also possible here!

📅 Seasons & opening hours
The village is open in winter (Dec-Apr) and summer (Jul-Aug). During the Alpe d'HuZes, the lifts are running. Out of season it is quiet but ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.
