• When a booking order is made, the general booking conditions of
strength.
• Booking order and payments
o Each booking order is confirmed by Les Bouctonnières by means of a
Booking confirmation by e-mail
o Within 5 days after receipt of this booking confirmation, the deposit of
50% of the rent. The remainder of the total rent must be paid no later than 6 weeks
before the start of the rental period. When booking within these 6 weeks
you must pay the total rent.
o In the event of late payment, Les Bouctonnières are entitled to cancel the booked holiday home
.

Cancellation by tenant
• Cancellations must be communicated to us by e-mail. Immediately after receiving the
cancellation Les Bouctonnières will send a cancellation confirmation by e-mail.
• Any booking can be cancelled within 5 days from the booking date.
• If cancelled after 5 days, the following cancellation conditions apply
o In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day (6 weeks) before the start of your stay
Cancellation fee 50% of the rent.
o In case of cancellation between the 42nd day (6 weeks) and the 3rd day before the start of your
the cancellation fee is 75% of the rent.
o In case of cancellation on the 2nd day before the start or later, the cancellation costs are
100% of the rent.

Cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, this can be done with your own insurance agent

Cancellation by Les Bouctonnières
If any circumstance obliges Les Bouctonnières to cancel the rented holiday period, the
will be notified to the tenant immediately.
The tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim the amount already paid.
