For more than 22 years we have been happy to take care of this precious part of France. Decorating and restoring is my profession, which is why I can enjoy myself here. Gardening is also one of our many work hobbies. It is wonderful to cook in this region as the region is known as the "Jardin de France" and its wonderful regional dishes. Being in the middle of nature with the deer sometimes in the garden, all birds, hedgehogs, etc is what fascinates me here.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The high season July and August €2695 (all inclusive, when heating the pool a contribution of €100 per week)

The rest of the year is normal rate. € 2450,- (all inclusive, when heating the pool a contribution of €100,- per week)

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

You must pay the deposit within 3 days.

If cancelled within these 3 days, the cancellation is free of charge.

In case of cancellation after the deposit and up to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price (i.e. the deposit)

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
