La Maison dans la Forêt de Fontainebleau is located in the 'Parc Naturel Régional du Gatinais'. This private domain is located near the Massif of the Trois Pignons and at the beginning of the many hiking trails (GR1, GR32, Tour du Pays de Fontainebleau...), the area is world famous for its many climbing areas (Trois Pignons). There are also cultural and historical sites. Paris, Disney and Versailles are less than an hour away.
We can receive 5 guests comfortably. The house is modern and cozy.
The indoor pool is prepared exclusively for you from May to October. We also have crash pads and Mountain Bikes for our guests.
The house is 100m2 in size.
The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher machine, induction hob, coffee machines and extractor hood.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with sitting area, each with flat screen TV and DVD player, bathroom and toilet.
In the garden several tables for 5 people.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price includes bed linen, water, electricity, garbage, SAT TV, wifi, bicycles, crash pads.
Optional is final cleaning (80 €) or intermediate cleaning and replacement of the bed linen (18 € per set),
A price reduction of 10% is granted for every 2-week reservation or every reservation of loyal customers.
No fee will be charged for cancellations 60 days before arrival
For cancellations 30 days before arrival, a 30% fee will be charged
For cancellations 10 days before arrival, 100 costs will be charged

The forest of Fontainebleau is the largest forest in France (30 by 40 km).
In the forest of Fontainebleau there is Les Sables du Cul du Chien, a large sandy lake surrounded by rocks. Further on there is the forest of 'Trois Pignons' appreciated by the many hikers and alpinists. Cul du Chien and Trois PIgnons are a ten-minute walk from our house.

Fontainebleau is the residence of the French kings from the Middle Ages to the 19th century.
The Château preserves art and heritage of the Renaissance and its Italian artists invited by François Ier. After the revolution, this became the palace of Emperor Napoleon Irishman with its unique throne room.
