We are Bart and Trude Klijnsmit. Together with our 4 children, we have been on holiday several times in Parc le Duc. In 2023 we purchased chalet 262. In the months that followed, we renovated the house with care and equipped it with all comforts. We like it when other people can also enjoy our house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs:
- €55 cleaning fee (mandatory)
- bed linen €25 2-pers, €12,50 1-pers (optional)
- Deposit €200 (mandatory)

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
