Parc le Duc is located in the Hérault department, centrally located in the Languedoc in the south of France, an oasis of peace, space and culture.
A great Mediterranean environment to relax, walk, cycle, swim, fish, climb, wine and enjoy the typical French atmosphere. Major historical places and beaches are just a 35-minute drive away. Or go on a journey of discovery in the immediate area. small villages, vineyards, many caves to taste delicious wine, delicious restaurants, too many to mention.
All in all, a wonderful stay in the sunniest region of France!
This park is often visited by Dutch people and therefore has a Dutch-speaking manager.
The park has free WiFi, 2 outdoor swimming pools including a supervised paddling pool, jeu de boules, tennis court, playground, football field, a bar/restaurant (incl. takeaway) with large terrace and an entertainment team is present in high season.
Our house is located on over 600 m2 of private land with a wonderful location and plenty of privacy. It is located in a quiet area and on the outer edge of the park with an unobstructed view of the nature reserve.
Design :
- There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (140×190 with 2 single duvets and pillows) and 1 with 2 single beds (80×190 with duvet and pillows).
- Both rooms have a hanging/cupboard and 2 wall cupboards.
- You must bring your own kitchen and bed linen. Linen packages can be rented optionally.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator and freezer.
- Coffee maker, kettle and Senseo
- Outdoor baking tray (electric for fire safety)
- There is a bathroom with a shower, sink and sufficient storage space. There is a separate toilet.
- The mobile home has air conditioning, NL TV and free use of WiFi.
- Outside is an L-shaped hardwood veranda. The veranda is partly covered with sun blinds.
- There is sufficient furniture in the garden and on the terrace. There are 2 parasols available.
- An outdoor box contains more chairs to take to the beach, for example, and a beach umbrella.
- There is even an outdoor shower to cool off in this warm and sunny climate.
- In the outer box you will also find 2 hammocks. Choose 2 strong trees and relax and read a book!
- You can park the car near the house
- Parc le Duc also has charging stations for your electric car.
