Our beautifully restored villa is located in the middle of the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region, on the edge of the 'natural park of the Haut-languedoc'.
Our guest house, called "gîte" in French, is located about 30 km from the Mediterranean Sea and less than 20 km from the l'espinouse mountains, in the village of Laurens. A quiet wine village in the middle of the vineyards. From here you have the opportunity to discover our region with all its sights. By car, by bicycle, on foot, ... everything is possible. The choice is yours.
And after a day of discovery and enjoyment, you can relax in the Mediterranean furnished rooms, or on the sun-drenched terrace, with a nice glass of wine, or ….. blissfully enjoy the rural tranquility that this wine village offers you.

We are a Belgian couple who moved to France in 2005 to start a B&B there. In 2016 we bought a second home and completely renovated it to rent out as a holiday home. Our only activity is to make sure that our guests feel completely in the holiday mood. We are always at the disposal of our guests.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Included in the indicated price are:
-rent
-water consumption
-Tax
-End-of-stay cleaning
-Bed linen
-bath linen (2 towels, 2 washing cloths, and 1 shower towel per person)

NOT included :
-electricity consumption = 0.28 euro/KW

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 21 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
