Villa La Tourette

For those looking for peace, space, breathtaking views, fantastic nature and a wonderful swimming pool, this villa is an ideal holiday address. The villa is located in the beautiful countryside at the foot of the Montagne Noir just outside the village of Najac (Siran). Many trips are possible from this house and returning it is wonderful to stay in this magnificent place. The overwhelming nature immediately puts you in a wonderful holiday mood. This villa has a spectacular view, a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and is located on a very spacious plot. A 5-minute drive away is the village of Siran where there are some small shops (bakery, restaurant, bar, etc.) and several large supermarkets and other shops are 15 minutes away by car. From the villa you can enjoy nature in this great, mountainous area. Or you can take various routes by mountain bike. The beach is an hour's drive away. There is ample opportunity to park the car at the villa. Following the living room, you go through French doors to the covered terrace with a view over the rolling landscape of the Minervois to the Pyrenees and the swimming pool (4X8). By means of stairs you walk down to the swimming pool with steps. There is enough space around the pool for sun loungers and the whole is surrounded by the spacious garden. The large plot (5800m²) gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom. You can park the car at the house on the private property. This nicely decorated villa has a pleasant living room with air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. Adjacent to the living room is an office on one side, and on the other side an open kitchen that is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with private shower and sink. The ^2nd bedroom also has a double bed, patio doors and a private bathroom with shower, sink, bath, toilet and 2 person sauna. Via a staircase, you reach the top of the turret of the house where there is another bedroom with a single bed. There is a guest toilet in the hallway.
