Le Canard Bleu, a spacious single-storey villa with excellent comfort and perfect hygiene, carefully maintained and very complete, luxury is our standard. Beautiful and quiet location on a plot of 1700 m2 on a higher south-facing slope, just outside the village of Siran, behind the hamlet of Najac. Ideal for hiking. The view from your terrace is fascinating and unique. In clear weather you can see 85 kilometers. Central location in relation to Carcassonne and Narbonne, beach and sea at 40 kilometers, the famous Canal Du Midi is nearby.
LAYOUT VILLA:
Spacious cozy living room with air conditioning. Leather 3 -and- 2 two-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, writing desk and cupboard with flat screen TV, via satellite including 50 Dutch and other channels + Chromecast. Radio/CD player, books and games.
Kitchen, adjacent to living room with 4 burner halogen hob, stainless steel extractor hood, combi microwave, spacious fridge / freezer and dishwasher. And also, Senseo, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender and very extensive kitchen inventory.
From the large living room you enter the spacious covered terrace through 2 double doors. Here is a dining table with 6 matching chairs with cushions, various terrace chairs, table, electric barbecue and ashtray.
On the ground floor terrace around the pool there are comfortable adjustable sunbeds and parasols.
Ideally, you walk from the covered terrace without steps or steps to your swimming pool.

From the beginning of April, wonderfully heated in the early and late season, to extend your swimming pleasure. Swimming pool is on the same level as the terrace. Pool care 1 x per week on fixed morning. Around the pool a terrace with fragrant Mediterranean plants, this gives you all the privacy and freedom at the view-free pool and terrace, Naturism possible.
