Located in the center of Sauvian, with a small supermarket, bakery, cafes and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. The great Mediterranean beaches are just a stone's throw away, only 10 minutes (7 km) by car. There is also a direct bus from Sauvian, and a bike path. Maison Shangri-La offers space for 8 people, ideal for family or a group of friends.
The south-east facing garden is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of the village. The private pool (9m x 4.5m, depth 1.4m - 1.6m) with steps offers an unparalleled place to relax and play. Surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers, you will feel miles away from the hectic everyday life. Relax on the sunbeds on the terrace or on the wooden deck, under that radiant southern French sun. There is a lounge area under the roof next to the swimming pool where you can read a book in the shade or play a game in the evening. Please note, The pool can be heated on request - there is an additional cost of €150.
Enter and step into the beautiful entrance hall with iron balustrade along the staircase. The bright open plan living/dining room overlooks the garden and pool. Double doors lead to the veranda where you can slide open windows and doors for cozy dining.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides an ideal space for preparing the most exquisite French dishes. There is an island with bar stools, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob (4 burners), double sink, Senseo coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate toilet under the stairs on the ground floor.
In line with the living room, on the ground floor, is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a large double bed (210 x 190) and air conditioning. The bathroom has a large shower (140 x 90, step +/- 15 cm), sink and toilet. An ideal bedroom for grandparents or people with reduced mobility, not suitable for wheelchairs.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a beautiful family bathroom with a bath-rain shower combination (160 x 90) and double sinks. Separate toilet.
