What makes La Bellion unique? You are in the middle of nature with the center of Roquebrun just a stone's throw away. The large house with lots of indoor and outdoor space is suitable for a family holiday or a week with friends (max. 6 people).
A wide stone staircase leads to the lounge/dining room with a high ceiling and a beautiful loft that gives the house a special atmosphere. In the sitting area by the large wood stove there is a sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has a fantastic Mediterranean atmosphere due to the Portuguese-looking tiled walls. From the kitchen you can step out through the glass doors and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace.
From here you have a view of the garden and the rolling countryside behind the river. The garden is spacious with many trees that provide shade and offers plenty of space for the children to play around the house and parking spaces for the car. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedroom located on the ground floor has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a closet and patio doors that provide access to the terrace. The adjacent bathroom has a bath, a sink and a toilet. The landing with loft gives access to two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a sink and small bath. One room has a double bed with 2 separate mattresses of 90x190cm. The other room has a double bed of 160x190cm. Both bedrooms have ample closet space.
In the conservatory behind the house there is an extra refrigerator and a washing machine. The house is well insulated. If desired, standing fans are available in the living room and bedrooms. In the colder months, in addition to the electric heating, the cozy wood stove can be used. You can use free fast internet (fiber optic).
The outdoors dominates in La Bellion, the house is located on the edge of the village and is surrounded by hills and vineyards, If you want to taste the atmosphere of French life, this is possible; you can walk to the bakery, supermarket, the market (on Fridays), the beach on the Orb and to the café terraces. You can also eat out at a number of restaurants in the village. You can swim in the river Orb, the beach is located next to the stone bridge from which you have a beautiful view of the picturesque village.
