Our fully detached property offers breathtaking panoramic views over the vast vineyards, forests and picturesque countryside of Prades-sur-Vernazobre and the surrounding Saint-Chinian region. Located in an oasis of peace, you will enjoy absolute privacy and serenity here. Over the past three years, we have renovated the property and surroundings to make your stay even more pleasant and luxurious.
You enter on the upper floor with an attractive entrance, a separate toilet and a bright living room with adjoining semi-open kitchen, which is fully equipped. Via the renewed, less steep staircase you descend to the bedroom floor. There you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms with patio doors that give direct access to the (unheated) private swimming pool, which is cleaned weekly. On this floor there is also a modern bathroom with toilet and a practical laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside you can enjoy a spacious terrace by the large stone barbecue, surrounded by a beautiful natural stone wall from the Languedoc. The natural stone steps or gravel path lead down to the alarm-protected swimming pool with mood lighting, four sunbeds, a table with chairs and plenty of parasols for relaxing summer days.
Even outside the summer season, this is a wonderful place to enjoy the Languedoc: the electric heating in the living room ensures that it always remains comfortable. Between the trees you will find our new terrace, where you can enjoy nature and the southern French atmosphere in peace and quiet with a good glass of wine in the evening.

Les Boriettes is located on the outskirts of the charming village of Prades-sur-Vernazobre, in the middle of the beautiful Languedoc region. The village is surrounded by picturesque villages and rolling vineyards. Thanks to its central location, famous cities such as Montpellier, Béziers, Narbonne and idyllic Roquebrun are easy to reach. And within 3 hours you are in the center of bustling Barcelona.
The area offers plenty of opportunities for nature lovers: vast and unspoilt nature reserves invite you to endless cycling and hiking tours, while the many rivers are perfect for a relaxing canoe trip. Beach lovers will also get their money's worth here — just a 30-minute drive away are several beautiful sandy beaches on the Mediterranean Sea.
Just an 8-minute drive away is the lively village of Saint-Chinian. Every Thursday and Sunday, a lively market is held here with numerous local products – an absolute must! In Saint-Chinian you will also find a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bicycle rental and several wineries. There are also charging points for electric cars.
