The beaches of the Mediterranean are about 40 minutes drive from La Pineda.
Roquebrun, on the River Orb, is a beautiful town a 25 minute drive, the village has a beautiful pebble beach and there are canoes for hire.
The Vernazobre River flows through Saint-Chinian and this is our secret swimming spot!
In summer, flea market on the market square of Saint-Chinian almost every Saturday
Every Sunday and Thursday morning a lively market in Saint-Chinian

The location is oriented to the south, sun all day, in the summer enough shade from the pergola, sun triangle and umbrella and of course the best shade can be found under the trees.
You share this site with the owners who have their house about 50 meters away. The 2 houses are very private with respect to each other. Nobody looks at your terrace.
