The villa is situated high up and therefore has a magnificent view of the Minervois hills, the village of Beaufort, the Pyrenees and the Montage Noire. This cozy villa is located on a quiet, dead-end road. The level garden (1250m2) is fully fenced and faces south.

The living room is furnished with light oak furniture and a dining area for 6 people. Large TV with digital satellite reception including all Dutch channels. There is a stereo/radio with CD player and CDs, games and books are also available. The windows in the living room have electric shutters, as do the sliding doors to the covered terrace. The partially open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, there is ample crockery and cutlery, and there is also a second dining area in the kitchen.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and bedside lamps, the third bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms have an extra bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The washing machine is located in the storage room behind the villa.

All rooms have heating and air conditioning and are also suitable for the colder season thanks to good insulation (including double glazing).

The swimming pool has a mosaic dolphin in the floor, underwater lighting, a Roman staircase and is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sun, tranquility and the view.

Sufficient garden furniture is available for the terraces. A pool house has been built next to the villa, with a fully equipped indoor kitchen (even a dishwasher). Next to it is a covered terrace where you can sit until the early hours or in the shade during the day, with a beautiful view over the pool, Oupia and the Pyrenees. Furthermore, there is more than enough space to park the car(s) within the fence of the garden.

A local (Dutch, French, English and German speaking) manager is available for you during your stay.

From Oupia you can drive to Barcelona in approximately 2 hours. Carcassonne, Beziers, Minerve and Montpelier can be reached within an hour, as can the coast. A beautiful region to discover antiquity and special wines. The region also offers interesting opportunities for mountain biking enthusiasts (of all levels).

With Ryanair you can fly relatively cheaply from Eindhoven or Weekendje to Beziers or Carcassonne.
