You can park your car on site, on the ground floor with the front door. The lower garden has a pleasant atmosphere and from the lounger you can enjoy the view and the private swimming pool (4x8) with walk-in stairs. Here too there is a covered terrace where you can relax with a good book or a glass of local wine.

The living room (40m²) and the open kitchen (8m²) are on the first floor, are equipped with all necessary equipment and have an adjoining covered terrace. The first floor is slightly higher than the street and is accessible with a few steps. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), followed by a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. There is also a guest toilet on this floor, down the hall by the stairs. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200). There is also a bathroom with a shower and sink. Both bedrooms have patio doors to the terrace which connects to the garden and pool. If you sit on the terrace with a beautiful view of the hills, vineyards and the Pyrenees in the background, in clear weather, you will get into a holiday atmosphere. In short: an ideal holiday spot.

Beaufort is very centrally located and from this house you can easily take trips to the many sights or just take a nice walk through the beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity. Cycling or mountain bike is also possible. In the nearby village of Olonzac there is a large local market every Tuesday. There is a nice lake 'Lac de Jouarres' at a 10min drive. The Mediterranean is about an hour's drive.
