The villa is located on the edge of the charming village of La Livinière (34210), in a quiet cul-de-sac. Here you will enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of the Minervois, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and the song of birds.

The villa has a bright and attractively furnished living space of 40 m². The open kitchen and living room give direct access to the terrace through large sliding windows and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
Two comfortable bedrooms:
A master suite with a double bed (160 × 200), a private bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, dressing room and storage space
A second bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200), which you can split into two single beds if you wish. This room has access to a second bathroom (shower, sink and storage cupboard)
In the hallway you will find a separate guest toilet.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the garage.
