Apartment is on the second floor accessible by elevator or staircase and consists of a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and large terrace at the front and smaller terrace at the back both over the full width of the appartement.The front terrace and from the living room has a magnificent view of the pool, garden and a stretch of sea. The living room has an open kitchen and a dining table with seating for four. The living room is equipped with LED flat screen color satelliteTV, two armchairs, table, wardrobe and a sofa that can also be used as a bed for two adults.The bathroom has a bath, sink, toilet and bidet.At the back of the apratment there is a separate bedroom for two people with a bunk bed. In addition, there is a large master bedroom with large 2-bed (1.9 meters long with open end ) high quality box spring mattresses as well as a rear balcony over the full width. The master bedroom has a wardrobe. The corridor also has a large closet, where, for example, the vacuum cleaner or electric heating can be found. Cost electricity, use television and hot and cold water is all in the rent included.The entire apartment and terraces are tiled, which is very easy to clean. All materials used are high quality and the whole apartment is fitted with aluminum sliding doors with double glazing also provided with outside shutter systems. The shutters are fitted with blowholes. As a result there is adequate ventilation through which one can safely go to sleep with open doors and windows. Because the apartment is on the second floor and above its three floors it is always cool and pleasant. The balcony has for most of the day sun, because it is oriented to the south.All beds (6 in total, including 2 for children) have new quality mattresses and are fitted with sheets for protection. Blankets and pillows are available in the apartment. Guests are invited to have their own linen, pillowcases and bath towels etc brought with them. When arriving by car you can park it in the closed garage underneath the apartment which is accessed via electric gates. it is a closed garage with remote control access. The use of the garage for 1 normal passenger car is included in the rent.After entering the garage you can temporarily stop at entrance C and unload your luggage. Then you can park the car in the closed garage. Your vehicle is therefore protected from intrusion,theft and damage. It is wonderful during the summer after arriving to take a dip in the pool available only for guests of the apartment. The pool is usually open from 15 May till 15 Oktober during the summer period.In the apartment there are swimming bracelets which guests are requested to wear during each visit to the swimming pool. The caretaker can see that you are one of the guests.In front of the apartments a shopping street leads to the beach and promenade. The baker, butcher, newsagent (for your newspaper or magazine from the UK) with delicious French bread, etc. are all there. you can get anything you may need within walking distance in 30 seconds. If you prefer seawater above the pool water you can of course go swimming in the sea and go sunbathing on the beautiful broad sand beach. Also beach volley or other sports can be exercised there. All of which is within walking distance (less than 1 minute) .Your car you do not need to use if you do not want to. You can leave it for the whole holiday in the garage. Within a 5 minutes walk you can go to the supermarket for the larger groceries.In front of the beach there is a boulevard for pedestrians where lots of restaurants can be found. You can also cook in the apartment, it is equipped with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink and koffee machiene.During the whole season you can make use of the golf course that is among the largest in Europe. In addition to two 18 hole courses, there is also a small 6 hole course.Of course you can also bring your bicycle or boat and safely store them in the garage or play tennis on the tennis courts where tennis lessons are given. . La Grande Motte has all sorts of facilities like indoor swimming pool, casino and aquarium and during the summerperiod there are regular performances by well-known artists.
