General: This villa located on the edge of the Montagne Noir with its overwhelming nature, robust rock formations, unique hiking trails, mountain bike routes and versatile vegetation is taken care of down to the last detail and will make you feel like a king in France. You can walk straight from the villa into nature, there are many sights to visit such as the Cité of Carcassonne, the village of Minerve, wine-chateaux of the Minervois and the Corbières. In the village there are some small shops (bar, grocery, tabac) and 15 minutes away by car are several large supermarkets and other shops and on Tuesday the cozy market in Olonzac. Arrangement: On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area, patio doors to the terrace with views. There is a separate kitchen that is fully equipped.
