General: This villa located on the edge of the Montagne Noir with its overwhelming nature, robust rock formations, unique hiking trails, mountain bike routes and versatile vegetation has been cared for down to the last detail and makes you feel like a king in France. You can walk straight from the villa into nature, there are many sights to visit such as the Cité of Carcassonne, the village of Minerve, wine chateaux of the Minervois and the Corbières. There are some small shops in the village (bar, grocery, tabac) and 15 minutes away by car are several large supermarkets and other shops and on Tuesdays the lively market in Olonzac. Ideal for people who love peace and nature

Furnishings: On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area, patio doors to the terrace with a view. There is a separate kitchen that is fully equipped. This also has French doors to the terrace. Next to the kitchen is the storage room with washing machine. On the right side of the villa, on the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace. Here is a double bed (160x200). This bedroom has a private bathroom with a spacious sink, walk-in shower and bath. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Here is also the stairs to the top where there are two more spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed (160x200). There is also a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. You can enjoy the beautiful view from all bedrooms.

Outside the house: Adjacent to the living room, bedroom and kitchen is the covered terrace with dining table and a great view of the rolling landscape from the Minervois to the Pyrenees. A staircase takes you to the heated swimming pool (5x10) where you can enjoy and complete the picture. The spacious plot and the view give you a wonderful feeling of freedom.
