Villa Impériale – Enjoy peace, space and privacy.
Villa Impériale is located on a hill, in the wine village of Cébazan. An attractive holiday villa with a spacious swimming pool, complete privacy and a beautiful view over the vineyards. The grounds are no less than 13,500 m² with roses, rosemary, oleanders, olive trees and palm trees. The place to relax and enjoy the southern French life. Just outside the built-up area, the last house on the street, with practically no through traffic except for a single winegrower.
Comfort and conviviality
The villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate six people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is a 2nd separate toilet. Air conditioning is available in the living room, kitchen and hall near the bedrooms, for the very hot days there is an extra fan for each room. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The beautiful conservatory with a sitting area and dining table is also a wonderful place to relax, especially on a cooler day, with beautiful views of the surroundings.
Outdoor living
Enjoy the private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters with walk-in stairs, relax on the terrace or make a delicious meal in the outdoor kitchen with electric barbecue and refrigerator. End the day with a good glass of local wine under the sparkling starry sky.
Discover the area
Just 650 metres away is the village bakery for fresh baguettes and croissants. In Cébazan you will also find a freely accessible tennis court, jeu de boules courts, a playground with fitness equipment and various wine caves. The lively Saint-Chinian is about five kilometres away and can be reached by car or via a nice walk through the forest. Twice a week you can visit the cozy market. In addition, there are several restaurants (French, sushi, crêperie, Italian), attractive terraces, shops, 2 supermarkets and plenty of opportunities for wine tasting.
A ten-minute walk from the villa is a simple village restaurant with a terrace with a nice view of the surroundings, where dishes are prepared on the charcoal grill.
In the summer there is always a village festival somewhere where you can sit down with the French at long tables. Béziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne are interesting cities to visit. In the quiet villages in the area where time seems to stand still, there are great restaurants with very reasonable prices. We are happy to share our experiences!
Nature, sport and sea
Marked hiking trails lead directly from the villa through vineyards and forests. Dogs are also welcome and can enjoy exploring with us. In the area you can go mountain biking, canoeing about 10 kilometers and golf about 30 kilometers. The Mediterranean coast is only a 30-minute drive away, with extensive sandy beaches (for example Valras Plage) and atmospheric fish restaurants.
Cébazan is located on the edge of the Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc, a vast and varied nature park.
