Villa Les Bosquets

Located in a characteristic French village in a great, natural environment, this villa has everything a holidaymaker desires. Space, tranquility, north and south terrace and of course a heated swimming pool. This 6 person house is surrounded by a spacious garden and offers privacy. Enjoying a glass of wine from the region on the terrace, you have a view of the meadow surroundings. This villa has a nicely decorated garden with various places to retreat and offers peace and privacy.

In the village there is a bar where fresh bread is also available in the morning. At 7 minutes by car there is a supermarket and other shops and in the same village (St-Chinian) there are beautiful, large markets twice a week. The beach is relatively close and there are many attractions in the area. The wooded area invites you to hike, cycle or mountain bike into the hills.

The living room with the open, modern kitchen (fully equipped) and a bar are connected to the north and south terrace which can be reached via French doors. The south terrace is fully covered and the north terrace has an awning. The house has three bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms have a double bed (140x200 and 180x200), 1 bedroom has a door to the terrace outside. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x200). The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet. In a hall is an extra washbasin with mirror. There is a second guest WC in the hallway. In the garage is the washing machine and a sink with sink. Adjacent to the living room are the north and south terrace with a dining table on both sides.

The swimming pool (4x8 heated) with walk-in stairs has enough space around the sun loungers. The garden completes the picture and gives you the feeling of peace and freedom.
