Located in the nice town of Beaufort, on the edge of the village, this beautifully maintained villa has a beautiful view over the sloping landscape. The large private swimming pool, the French sun and the nice covered terrace give this location a high-level ambiance. The cozy decoration of the house and the beautiful rural surroundings express the perfect picture.
General:
This villa (for 8 people) is located on the edge of an authentic village, against a ridge and is tastefully decorated, fully equipped with the large covered terrace playing a prominent role. Here you will spend wonderful long evenings, overlooking the southern French wine landscape.
Interior:
Through the front door you enter directly into the living room and the open kitchen. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare delicious regional dishes. The living room opens onto the spacious terrace through French doors.
There are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (160×200). The third bedroom has patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. This bedroom has a double bed (180×200). The fourth bedroom also has patio doors leading to the terrace and a bunk bed (90×180). There is a second bathroom in the hallway with shower, sink, toilet and a washing machine. We have fast wifi (fiber optic). You can book it with your own linen and towels, or we will take care of all that and the beds are made.
Outside the house:
Adjacent to the living room is the large covered terrace with the dining table and the great view. There you will also find a cozy lounge area. Directly connected to it is the swimming pool (5×10) with walk-in stairs, lower and therefore wonderfully sheltered. Surrounded by large boulders, you can enjoy the French sun and swim laps in this spacious private pool. There are 8 sun loungers + various umbrellas ready for you.
The spacious plot makes you feel completely free and the Mediterranean plants unmistakably give a southern French atmosphere to the whole. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. You can park your car on the side of the house on site. There is enough space for two cars.

About 32 km to the east is Narbonne, a city with about 50,000 inhabitants and a real Mediterranean atmosphere. A little further on are the beautiful beaches of Narbonne Plage. Béziers is also worth a visit!
At 3 km is the lively village of Olonzac with all amenities. Every Tuesday morning a large colorful market takes place here.
There is also a supermarket here and there are nice shops including caterers and real bakeries. A little further on (Homps) you will find a large supermarket. The beach is relatively close and there are many sights in the area, it is wonderful to cycle in the area, such as along the Canal du Midi. Culture, nature, cities or just being at home, everything is possible from this beautiful villa.
